SUSTAINABILITY
We continuously question and optimize our work processes with regard to our sustainable responsibility.
Even though we strive to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible, there are still unavoidable CO2 emissions that result from the vehicle fleet, heating, electricity, employee travel, business trips, recycling, etc. We will calculate these annually from 2024 and invest the amount of the tonnes generated in climate projects that are subject to the " Gold Standard ". "Gold Standard" projects help to achieve the sustainability goals set by the UN and reduce CO2 emissions.
Reducing CO2 emissions through conscious journey and travel planning.
Conscious purchasing of craft and consumable materials in appropriate quantities to avoid overproduction. Should there be any leftover stocks, these are not disposed of but donated to local kindergartens and schools. We produce printed materials in a CO2-neutral manner wherever possible.
Careful recycling of plastic, paper/cardboard etc.
Shipping of goods and materials in used/recycled boxes.
We are currently working on a complete switch to a paperless office

In order to ensure the well-being of children, we have developed a child protection concept and a mission statement that we act and work according to as a team. We would be happy to send you these on request.

Supporting people and organizations that need help is a matter of course for us.
We donate a portion of our profits every year. In 2023, we supported the following projects: Zons hilft, the Toni Kroos Foundation , Fifty Fifty , KG Ahl Dormagener Junge, Obstkäppchen , Fred's Herzenswünsche , the national blind football team, Wie viel Macht and the donation goals of the Christmas circus from Fest & Flauschig.
