Wie läuft das eigentlich ab?
Wir kommen vorbei, bringen ganz viel Spielzeug mit und richten eine Ecke, einen Raum, ein Zelt… was auch immer ihr uns zur Verfügung stellen könnt als Spielbereich her. Wir spielen dann mit den Kindern, essen gemeinsam wenn gewünscht, bringen die Kids ins Bett – bieten ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket.
Betreut ihr auch Babys?
Ja, wenn wir uns um Babys wirklich kümmern müssen, das heißt, wenn wir mehr machen sollen als mal auf ein schlafendes Kind achten, müssen wir das nur vorher wissen. Dann bringen wir unsere Baby-Fachleute ( z.B. Kinderpflegerinnen, U3-Erzieher, Hebammen) mit. Eventuell erhöht sich hierdurch die Anzahl der Betreuer/innen.
Wir haben ein Kind mit Behinderung auf unserer Feier!
Gar kein Problem. Berührungsängste hat in unserem Team selbstverständlich niemand. Sollte euer kleiner Gast spezielle Betreuung benötigen, bringen wir auch hier Fachpersonal mit. Wir haben Sonderpädagogen und Heilerziehungspfleger im Team, die sich vorher mit euch oder den Eltern abstimmen, damit alles optimal läuft.
Unsere Location ist gefährlich für Kinder. Was nun?
Wasser, befahrene Straßen, Abgründe, wir wissen welche Locations welche Gefahren in sich haben und bereiten uns entsprechend vor. Gegebenenfalls bringen wir mehr Betreuungspersonal mit. In jedem Fall sind wir am Tag besonders sensibilisiert und machen auch mit den Kindern ganz klare Regeln ab, was erlaubt ist und was nicht.
What do you recommend as a children’s meal?
Schnitzel, chips and vegetable sticks! We have never met a child who did not take a bite out of these. We would advise against pasta with tomato sauce, which is difficult to eat even as an adult without making a mess
Actually, we don’t want any children at our wedding,
can we do that?
Of course, it's your party and you make the rules. Just ask yourself why you don't want children there. Most couples who ask us about this have had bad experiences with children running wildly around the hall, disrupting the program and misbehaving. We can guarantee that it won't be like that when we're there. A good compromise is always to invite the children up to a certain time. Then we have a nice, colorful afternoon, the children have dinner and are then picked up, or go with us to the hotels.
What does this cost us?
In order to answer this question, we need the number and approximate age of the children. The offer consists of an hourly rate for the supervisors, project management, material and travel costs. We would be happy to make you an offer. Please expect a budget of at least 800 euros gross for 4 hours of care within a 50 km radius of Dormagen.
What happens if we give you an order now
and notice that there are fewer children?
We need the final number of children from you six weeks before your wedding. If there are fewer children, we will be happy to adjust the order and the costs. You can find more information about this in our terms and conditions.
If you are looking for friendly and professional childcare, you can't go past Leo Kinderevents. As a wedding planner, I have used them at several weddings and there was nothing but praise and shining eyes everywhere.
